Renee Dagher is an immigration attorney with over  21 years of experience in all aspects of immigration law.  She concentrates her practice on immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based visa petitions, labor certifications, and family immigration law.  

Renee began working with the immigrant community in law school in the non-profit sector doing religious worker visas, deportation, family immigration and refugee petitions.  Soon after law school graduation, she took a position with an immigration law firm where she was employed for 10 years.  During that time, Renee handled on all types of immigration cases including employment immigrant and nonimmigrant cases, family immigration cases, deportation and removal defense, and post deportation and removal solutions.   She opened her own practice in 2004 focusing on all aspects of employment, naturalization, and family immigration. 

Over the past 21 years Renee has successfully handled TN, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, J-1, L-1A & B, E,  and O-1, and P non immigrant visa cases for both employers and individuals.   In the employment immigrant visa arena, Renee has  specialized in PERM, I-140 petitions, National Interest Waivers, Extraordinary Ability Alien petitions, and International Executive and Manager cases. 

In addition, Renee works closely with families to assist in all types of family immigration issues including all relative petitions, fiancée visas, immigrant visa processing, I-751 Removal of Conditions on Residency, family immigration waivers for criminal and past immigration violations as well as post deportation solutions.    Finally, Renee handles naturalization applications and appeals including those with criminal issues, extensive U.S. absences and medical impairments to the English language and U.S. history exams.
